Yes, as long as you own it and can answer calls on it. Verification is a short call to that number: we ring it and you key in the code shown on screen.
What if I work with clients in 5 countries?
You can call landlines and mobiles in many countries; the rates page lists them. Your verified caller ID stays the same whatever the destination, so your client in India and your client in Germany get the number they already know. Whether it shows is up to the networks on the route: a number from another country usually shows, while an Indian or German number calling its own country from abroad is blocked or hidden.
Is this compliant with my home country's outbound calling laws?
Showing a number you own and have verified is the opposite of spoofing. Outbound calling rules differ by country, so check the ones that apply to the calls you make.
