Refund Policy

At EzyRing, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you may request a refund.

1. Prepaid Credits

EzyRing operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you make calls. Credits do not expire and remain in your wallet until used.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical failure — If a call failed due to an EzyRing platform error and your credits were deducted incorrectly.
  • Duplicate charge — If you were charged twice for the same credit purchase.
  • Unauthorized transaction — If a purchase was made without your consent.
  • Unused credits — Refunds for unused credits may be issued within 14 days of purchase at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have already been used for completed calls.
  • Calls that connected successfully but had quality issues due to your internet connection.
  • Bonus credits received through promotional offers.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of the transaction
  • Amount of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in the suspension of your EzyRing account. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
