Welcome to EzyRing. By accessing or using our website and VoIP calling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Definitions

“Service” refers to the EzyRing website, browser-based calling application, and all related services. “User”, “you”, and “your” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Service. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to EzyRing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use EzyRing. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To use EzyRing, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Description

EzyRing provides browser-based Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calling services. Calls are made using WebRTC technology routed through Twilio's telecommunication infrastructure. The service allows you to call phone numbers worldwide from any supported web browser.

5. Credits and Payments

EzyRing operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits in advance, and they are deducted based on call duration and destination rates. Key terms:

  • Credits never expire and remain in your wallet until used.
  • There are no connection fees or hidden charges.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Caller ID

EzyRing allows you to verify and use your own phone number as your caller ID. You may only use phone numbers you own or are authorized to use. Misrepresentation of caller ID is prohibited and may violate applicable telecommunications laws.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of EzyRing is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, fraud, or any activity that disrupts the network.

8. Fair Usage

While we offer competitive rates with no artificial limits, we reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that use automated dialers, robocalling software, or generate traffic volumes that negatively impact service quality for other users.

9. No Emergency Calls

EzyRing does not support emergency calls (e.g., 911, 112, 999, or any local emergency number). You must maintain an alternative means of accessing emergency services. You acknowledge that EzyRing is not a replacement for a traditional telephone service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruption or degradation of service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the EzyRing website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EzyRing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyRing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to EzyRing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unused credits in your wallet may be forfeited if termination was due to a policy violation.

15. Privacy

Your use of EzyRing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of EzyRing shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
