Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of EzyRing's VoIP calling services. By using EzyRing, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use EzyRing for any of the following:
- Illegal activity — Making calls that violate any local, national, or international law.
- Harassment or threats — Making abusive, threatening, or harassing calls to any person.
- Spam or robocalling — Using automated dialers, robocalling software, or making unsolicited bulk calls.
- Fraud or impersonation — Using a caller ID that is not your own verified number with intent to deceive, or misrepresenting your identity.
- Emergency services abuse — EzyRing does not support emergency calls (e.g., 911, 112, 999). Do not rely on EzyRing for emergency communications.
- Network abuse — Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with EzyRing's infrastructure, servers, or telephony networks.
- Resale without authorization — Reselling EzyRing services or credits to third parties without prior written consent.
2. Caller ID Usage
EzyRing allows you to verify and use your own phone number as your caller ID. You must only use phone numbers that you own or are authorized to use. We verify ownership through a confirmation code process. Misuse of the caller ID feature may result in immediate account termination.
3. Fair Usage
EzyRing is designed for personal and small business use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abnormally high call volumes, patterns consistent with automated dialing, or usage that negatively impacts service quality for other users.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
5. Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations in both the country from which you are calling and the country you are calling. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations on telemarketing, call recording consent, and data protection.
6. Enforcement
EzyRing reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected violations of this AUP, including:
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily suspending your account
- Permanently terminating your account
- Forfeiting remaining credits
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
7. Reporting Abuse
If you witness or are the victim of abuse involving EzyRing, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of EzyRing after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
